Kansas sports betting law (SB 84, signed May 2022) requires every online sportsbook to operate under a "skin" attached to one of the four state-owned casinos. Each casino can license up to three online operators, meaning Kansas can have up to 12 active online sportsbooks. Currently 7 are live.
